Little Male Models

I never got professional photos taken when Connor was born, and I really regret it. As a result of my laziness, my walls are bare and I will probably have to keep my iPhone 4 forever, since it holds about 2000 pictures and I don't understand how "the Cloud" works. So, when Grant was born, I told Ryan that the only thing I wanted for my birthday a few weeks later was to have professional pictures taken of the boys. There are actually quite a few photographers around here that do newborn/family photos, but I had heard really wonderful things about Emily Kane Photography and had been admiring her work for several months, so I set up the appointment for May 13th. It was my first outing with both kids. The session was scheduled for 10am and I was exhausted and sweaty before I even got there, trying to get both kids fed, color coordinated, spit-up free, etc. It was very stressful but once I got there Emily took over and she was AMAZING with Connor, and so patient with both kids. We opted to just buy all of the images so we can take our time and print the pictures as we want/need them. Here are a few of my favorites:

I am so thrilled with how they turned out. We will definitely be repeat customers, hopefully to get a family photo of all 4 of us (perhaps we will be brave and attempt to include the dogs, but probably not) in the fall.
